.IVR Programmer

The Programmer shall be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting the IVR applications and databases. We require 1+ years professional development experience, in developing and deploying .NET applications using C# and ASP/ASP.NET, Symbian OS (Mobile Applications), relational databases.

Tech Support

As an Inbound Tech Support, you will be responsible for answering and providing accurate solutions to customer’s problems to ensure user productivity on GPRS. One year help desk experience Technical Certification in MCSE / CCNA

Tele Sales Executive

The job requires you to make telephone sales contacts on an outbound basis to end-users. The people contacted will either be existing or potential clients for various marketing campaigns.

Candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills; good keyboard and computer skills A high school diploma is required.

Multi -lingual Hindi / Punjabi /English candidates a plus
